Autoaccept (Character command)

The autoaccept command can be used to filter out who is allowed to
give you items. The following modes are available:
- trustful - default, accept any item from anybody
- cautious - accept from everybody except enemies
- paranoid - accept only from friends & guild/clan
- byname - accept only from people you explicitly choose.
By default, you are trustful and will accept any item you are given.
By specifying a different autoaccept level, you can prevent others from
giving you items.
The last mode ("byname") requires you to specify names of people you
will trust; you need to enter them manually using the "autoaccept <name>"
syntax. The name list will only be valid until you quit; when you log
on again, your trust list will be emptied.
