Chfn (Configuration command)
The chfn command asks for your real name and e-mail address. This
information is used in the automatic password recovery, should you ever
lose your login information.
If you wish to use the recovery feature, make sure to have a working
e-mail address set through this command, as it is the only way to recover
your password.
If you do not wish to use the recovery system, you can turn it off by
using the 'chfn off' option.
It is strongly recommended that you set your email address. There
is no other way to recover your password should you lose it.
Only admin (Powers) can read your chfn information and your email
address will never be used for anything but password recovery.
