Constitution (Stats Help)

Your constitution determines how much damage you can absorb in a fight. The higher your constitution, the less damage you will take. It works regardless of armour; you may not wear any, and the stat will still have its effect. Apart from being very important to the fighter-types, constitution is also important for spellcasters; the less damage they take, the less likely their spells are to be interrupted. This stat also determines how much food you can consume before being full.
