Hobboku (Roleplaying/Games Help)
Hobboku, a jigsaw game with numbers, is handled by Lukche who lives
in the town of Staddle. Hobboku is a game meant to be played by a single
person; players can only compete between themselves by means of time
they spend solving the puzzles.
The rules are simple: You are given a square 9x9 grid of numbers,
where only a few numbers are filled. You must fill in every other empty
spot on the grid with a number between 1 and 9. There are a few tricks:
- A number may not repeat in the same row.
- A number may not repeat in the same column.
- A number may not repeat in the same 3x3 square.
Once you are done with the game, your time and number of mistakes
is recorded and put on a scoreboard where you can compare your result
to that of others.
The exact syntax of commands used to play the game is available at
the game site in Staddle.
