Jail (Restricted command)

jail <player> <explanation>

Newbie Helpers may petition to jail a troublesome player using this
command. When a player is misbehaving /in a serious manner/, and a
Newbie Helper uses this command, the other online Newbie Helpers will
be notified. They may support your petition by using the same command.
When enough Newbie Helpers have agreed within a time limit, the offender
will be jailed and the ainur notified.

Abuse of this command will be punished quite severely. This
command is not a toy, and only to be used for serious violations.
If in doubt contact an ainu. In cases where the player only has
an unthematic name, a more appropriate lesser punishment would
be namerestrict.

After a player has been jailed, the last helper to use the command
will automatically have a law report submitted on his or her behalf. It
is then his or her responsibility to subsequently use the 'law comment'
command to fill in all necessary details about the cause of the jailing.
