Pebbles (Roleplaying/Games Help)

Pebbles is a simple game in which you can participate in the town of Bucklebury in Buckland. It is said there is a group of old hobbits who like to play it, although you may not always find them at the game site.

The rules are as follows:

    To play this game, is as easy as can be,
    Toss two pebbles to the ground and see.
    If the moss on both shows clearly,
    You win, and the others must pay dearly,
    If the pebbles both show sides that are smooth,
    It is thee, my friend, who will lose!
    Anything else, it must be told,
    Wins naught, and we all keep our gold.
    Bet if you must, but be sure to laugh,
    T'is only a game, and a jolly Lark.
    Invest your tears, and soon you will find,
    No-one will play, for they think you unkind.

You may play the game for fun, or for gold. However, as the hobbits are poor, they only will bet small sums of money.
