Portals (General Help)

At 10 and 5 minutes before a reboot (during the countdown) portals will appear next to any player who is currently in the wilderness (on the main map). You may use the portal if you wish, but do not have to.

Upon entering, these portals can take you to the major towns and cities of Arda. The number of cities available will be higher for higher level players, as there are level limits to reaching certain places.

Once a portal is sent down, it will remain open for anyone to use, and will not disappear when used.
