Pose (Character command)
Usage: |
pose pose -clear pose -perm
|
The pose command allows a player to indicate what they are doing in
the room. The pose is added to the player's short description for all
who enter the room, for example:
Mykloid the dwarf Orc Target <fishing by the lake>
You can see the 'effect' of your pose (that is, what others will see)
by using the 'score' command.
Pose lengths are limited based on the length of your title with the
(Alignment) string removed. Poses which are beyond the maximum length
will be automatically truncated.
By default your pose will clear when you leave the room. If you would
like to set it to be permanent you can use the 'pose -perm' command. This
will cause your pose to remain with you until you log off. If you wish to
remove your pose, use 'pose -clear'.
Note: |
All poses clear automatically when you log off, including ones you
have marked as permanent.
