Commend (System command)

commend [optional item]

This command will put you into text entry mode to enter a commend
report. A commend report is a way to express your praise or commendations
of something you like. Commend reports are known to make Ainur work
harder, so do not hesitate to use this command!
Without an argument, it will be assumed your report refers to the
room you are in or a more general matter. With an argument, it will be
assumed your report concerns the item you specify.
