Conjure (Necromancer ability)
Usage: |
conjure <spell name> [at <target>]
|
This command allows you to conjure magical spells that you know. To
conjure any spells, you need to have a staff in your hand.
This ability is primarily a necromancer one.
Conjuring spells requires a lot of concentration; attempting to do
something else while casting will abort your spell. There are some
standard MUD commands that you can use, however:
alias | align | armour | brief | bug |
cease | charinfo | charset | chfn | clan |
color | comm | commend | comms | conninfo |
consider | daytime | describe | dev | do |
emote | enc | enemy | er | faq |
focus | fr | friend | glance | go |
guild | guildinfo | hands | harass | help |
history | hp | hpq | idea | ignore |
inventory | languages | law | legend | legendinfo |
look | merciful | mission | mudtime | mudvote |
mutter | news | party | party | passwd |
privacy | prop | quests | read | removetag |
respond | rpscore | save | say | score |
set | settings | shape | shout | skills |
snoopable | speak | spells | stop | story |
storyedit | surname | survey | tag | tell |
tellhist | telloff | tellon | tradeskills | trigger |
typo | unalias | undescribe | unignore | unset |
untag | updates | uptime | verbose | vote |
wanted | warnings | whisper | who | wimpy |
Typing anything else will cancel the spell, if the command you type
succeeds (as opposed to, say, trying to bash an non-existent door).
Success of spell conjuration is primarily based on warp magic skill,
although specific spells may have their own requirements. EP cost of
spells varies wildly between them; see spell-specific help for details
(help spell <spell name>).
