Disguise (Assassin ability)

disguise <what> <how>

Disguise can be used to change your appearance to other players on the who list. It can also be used to fool NPCs into thinking you are someone else. There are two arguments: the description to be changed and the new value.

Valid descriptions are: align, profession, race, level and gender. If "off" is specified as the new value, it will return to your real description.

Level takes a numerical new value, and profession and race take the names of the professions and races.

Valid align names are: shadowspawn, demonic, villainous, immoral, impartial, moral, heroic, angelic, hand.

Valid genders are: male and female.

Examples:

    disguise align heroic
    disguise profession warrior
    disguise race off
    disguise level 10
    disguise gender male
    disguise off

Disguise is primarily an assassin ability, however it can be very useful to other professions as well. Particularly disguising your alignment can be helpful in gaining access to otherwise inaccessible areas.

Disguise success is based on the deception skill. Successfully disguising yourself costs 20 EP; a failed attempt costs 10 EP.
