The newbiehelper command is an interface to the newbie helper system
on The Two Towers. The following subcommands are available:
newbiehelper list - Displays the current newbiehelpers with an
indication who is currently online.
newbiehelper apply - Starts the newbiehelper application process for
prospective helpers. The process is in a form
of a simple survey: you will be asked several
questions, and based on your answers it will be
decided (by the Administration) whether you will
be accepted as a helper or not.
newbiehelper resign - If you are a newbiehelper and do not wish to be
one anymore, use this command to remove yourself
from the helper group.
