Helpers (General Help)

Newbiehelpers are players who have volunteered to spend extra time to help players new to the game. If you have a question about the game, a newbie helper should be the first person to ask! To see which helpers are online, type:

    who helper

You can then proceed to ask them questions through the tell command, like:

    tell <helper> <message>

Optionally, you can also use the newbiecomm for communication with helpers. Even if no helper is currently online, it is possible that a fellow low level player (or an ainu) may know an answer to a question you ask there. To send a question on newbiecomm, type something like:

    ] Hello!  I have a question.

If you are an experienced player who wishes to join the helper ranks, your help will be most welcome! You can apply to become a helper by using the 'newbiehelper apply' command. Before you apply, though, please familiarize yourself with 'help helper rules'. After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by the Ainur and decided on soon.
