Nuke (Rules and Policies)

Nuke is the ultimate form of punishment on The Two Towers, and is taken very seriously. Quite simply, it is the deletion of your character, and possibly, the banning of your IP address or domain.

The following actions are very likely to result in character deletion:

• Character transfer or very clear multiplaying violation, such as gold transfer.
• Bug abuse for unfair character gain.
• Botting.
• Harassment of another player.
• Repeated violations of any of the MUD rules.

When a character is deleted, an image is broadcasted to all players logged on; it will usually have form of a mushroom cloud. The deleted character's legend will state that he or she was nuked, the date of the nuke, and the reason for it.

If your character was deleted, and you disagree with the decision, you may appeal with another character through the use of 'law report'. Be aware, though, that nukes are not given at random and are very much thought over before happening; there is very little chance of your character being restored.

If your violation of rules continue after you've been nuked, the Powers reserve the right to ban your IP address.

And lastly, the Valar and Powers, as the founders, creators, operators, and Administrators of this system, reserve the right to delete any character and ban any site for any reason whatsoever. However, this should not happen if you respect:

• The MUD as a community.
• The MUD as a computer system.
• The amount of work that goes into the creation and maintenance of this MUD, for *your* enjoyment.
• Others' rights to use and enjoy this MUD.
