Playerstealing (PvP Help)

The Two Towers allows playerstealing. However, only players who have their PvP flag on may steal. At any time they may use the "steal" command to steal gold or items from any other player.

Playerstealing is against the in-game laws, however. A player that attempts to steal from or steals from another player can be fined, with a portion of the fine going to the victim to help re-coup their losses.

There are areas in the game world which have been declared lawless and aren't subject to the in-game laws or fines. Currently, these areas are Mordor and Minas Morgul. Players should only enter these areas if they accept that they may be stolen from without restitution.

Repeated stealing from the same player as a form of harassment is not allowed. This is true even in lawsys-free cases, such as Mordor or if the victim is currently under an admin-enacted "no lawsys" punishment.
