Restring (Archer ability)

restring <bow>

This command allows for an archer to restring a bow with a broken string on it. A bow with a broken shaft cannot be restrung.

This is primarily an archer ability and success is based on the fletching skill. A successful attempt costs 30 EP, while a failed one costs 15 EP.
