The salvage command is used by archers to recover arrows from corpses
killed by arrows, or from the area of the battle. Often many arrows are
still in usable condition, however many will need some fletching repairs.
Typing 'salvage' without arguments will try to gather the arrows
scattered around the room you are in, while typing 'salvage from <corpse>'
will gather the arrows only from the specified body.
Optionally, you can specify into which quiver the salvaged arrows
should be put. If omitted, all of your quivers will be used, in the
order in which they appear in 'inventory'. Only if one quiver runs out
of space the next one will be used.
Note: When you are in combat, salvaging is limited to five arrows
per attempt.
