Speech (Character command)

speech <modifier>
speech off

The speech command allows you to customize the way in which you say things to those around you.

For example, 'speech slowly' will result in:

  You say slowly in Westron: hello
  Person says slowly in Westron: hello

To return your speech to normal, use 'speech off'.
