This command lets you send a message to another online user even when
they aren't in the same room with you. Tells are always in the common
language and are not affected by your current language set with 'speak'.
Surnames cannot be used when sending tells: for example, 'tell Sauron
TheDarkLord Hi!' would result in 'You tell Sauron: TheDarkLord Hi!'.
