Guild stable (Guild Help)

A guild stable acts just like any other stable except its services are only offered to guild members. It costs 25,000 gold for the initial purchase, and afterwards 2,000 gold in rent per months. The perk is - the stalls come for free!

Note that in order to lead your horses into your guild stable a path must be cleared between the entrance and the stable that horses can go through. This means that if your guildhall is a hole in the ground, you may not place your stable deep inside where horses obviously can't come through.
