Guild rent (Guild Help)

Guild rent is the monthly cost to maintain a guild. It will be substracted from the guild's vault every 30 days. Each time that happens, the guildmaster is mailed a detailed report on what cost what. Should the guild not have enough gold to pay the rent, it will be given a 'balance warning'. Warnings are viewable by the guildmaster by typing 'warns' in the guildmaster's room. If the guild is unable to pay rent for 3 consecutive 30-day periods, it will be disbanded to clan status.

The basic guild rent including the boardroom, GM room, entrance, and vault costs 30,000 gold per month. Other room costs are as follows:
