Each player and Ainu on The Two Towers has an assigned "rank". The
ranks can be viewed in the "who" list, in the far right column. We
currently have the following ranks for players (mortals):
Mortal - The average user is of mortal rank. In the "who" command
listing, players will be listed as "Free" or "Evil", depending on
whether they are Free Race or Evil Race. Note that servants of
Sauron will be listed as "Evil".
Guildmaster - Guildmasters run the guild they are in. Each guild
has a Guildmaster, although some may decide to hide their GM status
from public. You may view the current guildmasters with the "legend
gm" command.
Testchar - Testchar is a mortal character owned and controlled by an
Ainu for the purposes of testing code and new areas. It does no good
to attempt to interact with these characters since your communication
will most likely not be noticed by the Ainu.
Playtester - Characters marked as "playtesters" are test characters
owned and controlled by players belonging to the playtesters group.
They are restricted to move only within the new areas being tested,
and cannot interact with the rest of the world.
Legend - Legends are mortal characters controlled by Ainur on special
occasions like at Role-playing events.
