Warcry (Rider ability)

This command produces the warcry. Skilled riders can produce loud
rallying cries based on their motivation skill. For a short while after,
each party member's main combat skills will be temporarily boosted as
morale goes up. Only members in the room are affected, and the rider's
skills are not boosted.
Note that this command can only be used when you are in a party and
when you are not the sole member in it.
Warcry uses some standard messages based on your alignment, however
you may overwrite them as you wish. You may either specify your custom
warcry message in each use of this command, or set a permanent default
with "set warcry ...".
A successful warcry costs 20 EP, while a failed attempt costs 10 EP.
